These terms apply to mahfujmustafa.dev, its subdomains, and the apps, bots, and tools published by Mahfuj Mustafa ("I", "me"). By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using the services

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Do not use the services to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the services themselves, including attempts to access data that is not yours, overload the servers, or get around security measures.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you put into an app. You give me permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

My content

The design, code, and text of these services belong to me unless a project's repository says otherwise. Open source projects are covered by the license in their own repository.

Availability

These are independent projects. I may change, suspend, or discontinue any of them at any time, and I may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data will never be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the services.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the new terms.
